Coldstream Crossing - Kimberton, PA
Sales in this community have topped nearly all new-construction residential home sales in the area. The project of 100 customized homes has been so well received that Vantage Point Retirement Living was asked to consider building an additional phase to expand the number of homes.
After one meeting with customers who had shown some interest in another phase of Coldstream Crossing, 18 people provided immediate deposits.
Construction on this expansion will begin in Spring of 2011.

This community, comprising 135,000 square feet of majestic space, has just been awarded second place as the Best Residential Suburban Project. This annual award is decided upon by the most renowned architects in the area.
Spring Mill, which has been opened for slightly more than one year, has shown significant growth in filling their 96 well-appointed and spacious rental units.
