The Vantage Point Management Team

Gregory M. Stevens,
President

Vantage Point Retirement Living was founded by Mr. Greg Stevens and is located in beautiful Chester County, Pennsylvania.  Mr. Stevens has over 25 years of experience in long term care and retirement living services.  Since 1993, Mr. Stevens has personally developed and operated four retirement communities through Vantage Point Retirement Living and his previous company Senior LifeChoice. Prior to Senior LifeChoice, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Health Ventures, Inc. which he joined in 1986 as one of the original shareholders.  Genesis, a New York Stock Exchange healthcare services company located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, operates healthcare services networks on the East Coast of the United States.  He is currently active on a state-wide and national level in promoting retirement living and other senior healthcare services and has been invited to speak at a number of regional and national conferences on the subject.

Rita  M. Stevens,
Vice President

As Vice President of Vantage Point Retirement Living, Mrs. Stevens is responsible for the company's operations and for overseeing the interior design and fit-out of Vantage Point, and previously all Senior LifeChoice communities.  Mrs. Stevens most recent experience includes over five years operating a residential and commercial interior design and decorating firm that specialized in providing these services to seniors.  Her experience in senior health care services extends back to 1983, when she was responsible for resident recreational programs for Healthcare Resources Corp., a regional owner and operator of skilled nursing facilities that Mr. Stevens co-founded in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

John M. Mraz,
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Mr. Mraz is responsible for all financial functions within Vantage Point Retirement Living, including accounting services, financial reporting, taxes, budgeting and administration of the company's human resources function.  Mr. Mraz is a certified public accountant with over 25 years accounting experience, which includes an extensive background in federal and state taxes, as well as experience with National Properties, Inc., a regional real estate management company and developer and Foster Medical Corporation, a home health care company based in Pennsylvania.

Michael P. Morgan,
Vice President and
Director of Development
Mr. Morgan has over 30 years of experience in the residential homebuilding industry and is responsible for development and construction of new Vantage Point communities. As Vice President and Director of Development for Vantage Point Mike is responsible for managing construction activities and coordinating municipal zoning approvals. Over his career Mike has built and sold hundreds of homes starting with a Pennsylvania based construction company that he founded as well as regional and national homebuilders.

Linda Fenton
Corporate Director of Marketing and Sales

Ms. Fenton has extensive experience in the health care and retirement living business that includes working with Harborside Healthcare in Boston, MA, Waverly Heights Retirement Community in Gladwyne, PA and Paoli Memorial Hospital in Paoli, PA. Ms. Fenton also has experience as a licensed real estate sales agent. She also worked as Senior Project Manager for Paradigm Learning, Inc. where she utilized a team-building approach to improving sales and achieving corporate objectives for several Fortune 500 companies, including Boeing, American Express and Bank of America.


Lori Santos

Vantage Point Retirement Living


Lori Santos grew up on the Eastern Shore. After graduating from high school she moved to Richmond, VA where she attended the University of Richmond and obtained her B.A. in International Studies. Later, she moved back to the shore and worked in customer service related positions while going to school at Salisbury University. In 1998 she graduated with her M.A. in English. She then moved to the Washington, DC area where she taught English as a Second Language and worked as a Director of Guest Services in the hotel industry. Lori has spent 11 years working in the hotel industry in customer service.

After getting married Lori decided to move back to the Shore and make a career change to Human Resources. She spent the last 3 years working at Hudson Health as a Human Resources Director. Ms. Santos is certified as a Professional in Human Resources and is a member of the National Society of Human Resource Management. Lori's extensive customer service and HR experience will bring together the teams at Mallard Landing and Lakeside.

Kate Stevens
Marketing Representative

Kate is responsible for various corporate marketing duties, coordinating the company’s marketing data base and reporting systems as well as assisting individual community marketing programs. She is a recent graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

Joni Remmel,
Office Manager

Joni is the Office Manager for our Vantage Point Retirement Living Corporate Office in Exton, PA. She has over 25 years experience in administrative and managerial positions and provides accounting support for nine of our Vantage Point companies. In her development capacity she is responsible for managing vendor and contractor payments and communications as well as contract administration.


Valerie Gravenor,
Graphic Designer

Valerie is the in-house graphic designer responsible for advertising and marketing materials as well as website design and development for the corporate office, 5 retirement communities and a real estate company. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media through the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
