Rose Anne Klementisz – Community Relations Director
Rose Anne joined us earlier this month as Director of Community Relations, Personal Care and Compass™ Memory Care for Arcadia at Limerick Pointe. In her own words, Rose Anne describes her responsibility as “a trusted guide and resource for families navigating senior living.”
Rose Anne says that her favorite part of her role is “being able to measurably impact someone’s life for the better, just by being my authentic self and guiding them with the wisdom and experience I’ve collected over the years. There truly is no better feeling, and just the thought that I will be helping someone at a critical point in their life gets me up and out of bed with joy each and every morning.” She also cites Vantage Point’s commitment to its values, specifically that of ‘family,’ as it ‘shows up in everything we do!’
Outside of work, Rose Anne enjoys spending time with her friends and family, travelling, hiking, yoga, cooking, and a great book!
Kim Kostival – Community Relations Director
Since joining the team in 2019, Kim has represented Arcadia and has enjoyed cultivating the community at Arcadia, as well as getting to know our residents and their families. Kim says her favorite part about her role is “helping to make our residents’ lives the best they can be. I genuinely care about each person and nothing makes my day more than seeing someone smile!” Like so many others. Kim enjoys working for Vantage Point because “it’s a modern company with old-fashioned family values.”
When she’s not in the office, you can find Kim flexing her creative muscles making & teaching about her handmade Pysanky eggs & jewelry, doing craft shows, and singing in church. Kim loves to travel and spend time with her family, especially with a heated game of Scrabble!
Karen Garland – Executive Director, Arcadia at Limerick Pointe
Karen is no stranger to Vantage Point and our communities. Although she is one of the newest additions to the team, she has had a relationship with Vantage Point since the very beginning. Karen was instrumental in opening two of our previous communities back in 1996. Karen chose to return to Vantage Point because she firmly believes in the philosophy of respect and integrity that is evident in each community.
Karen is currently overseeing pre-opening operations for Arcadia at Limerick Pointe, where she serves as the Executive Director. Karen says that the best part of her job is getting to interact with and get to know the residents and their families, their lives, likes, and loves.
When she’s not working, you can find Karen snuggling her first grandchild and dreaming of vacationing in Virginia. Someday, you might even see Karen in print, as her goal is to write and be published!
Father Paul Brandt – Pastor
Father Brandt is the pastor at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish. He will oversee spiritual life at Arcadia at Limerick Pointe, Vantage Point’s new Montgomery County community that features a unique affiliation with St. Teresa of Calcutta.
Father Brandt will ensure residents enjoy a variety of services designed to nurture their spirituality, creating an inclusive, family-like atmosphere for all who call Arcadia home – regardless of religious affiliation. While Father Brandt’s resume includes a 10-year tenure as a high school president, he says he looks forward to working more closely with those at the opposite end of the aging spectrum.
When he’s not helping his parishioners or Arcadia’s residents and families build their spiritual lives, Father Brandt is often soaking up the sun at the beach.
