The Summit Retirement Community

HOCKESSIN, DE

Developed by Vantage Point Retirement Living, Inc. and opened in the summer of 2015, The Summit is one of our previously managed communities. The community offers independent living, assisted living and memory care. All preopening and opening fill-up expectations were exceeded at this property.

Spring Mill Senior Living

PHONENIXVILLE, PA

Developed by Vantage Point Retirement Living and opened in 2009, Spring Mill Senior living was successfully operated as a Vantage Point Retirement Living community for 7 years. The community is now one of Vantage Point’s previously managed communities. A beautiful community designed in a craftsman style, Spring Mill continues to be a top living choice for area.

Coldstream Crossing

PHOENIXILLE, PA

Coldstream Crossing is a 55+ community situated on 75 acres of beautiful rolling farm and woodlands on the same campus as Spring Mill Senior Living. Coldstream Crossing has become known as the premier 55+ community in Chester County, PA and offers villa- and carriage-style homes. Mallard Landing Retirement Community

SALISBURY, MD

Mallard Landing is one of Vantage Point Retirement Living’s previously managed communities. Vantage Point developed Mallard Landing from the ground up and opened its doors in 2000. The community was voted Best Retirement Community on the Eastern Shore throughout the 16 years of Vantage Point’s operations.

Lakeside Assisted Living

SALISBURY, MD

Lakeside was built as a compliment to its campus neighbor, Mallard Landing Retirement Community. This community is one of Vantage Point Retirement Living’s previously managed communities. Vantage Point successfully operated Lakeside, known as the premier destination for assisted living and memory care, for more than 15 years.

Montchanin at Carillon Crossing

WILMINGTON, DE

Montchanin at Carillon Crossing (now known as Rockland Place) was a 92 unit assisted living facility in Wilmington, Delaware which opened in 1998 and won the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) ‘Best of Home” award at that time.

Carillon Crossing Senior Condominiums

WILMINGTON, DE

Carillon Crossing was a 48-unit age restricted apartment condominium community located adjacent to Montchanin Assisted Living. Carillon Crossing received the NCOSH “Merit of Achievement Award” in 1999 for best residential senior community in the country.

Highgate at Paoli Pointe

PAILI, PA

Opened in 1995, Highgate at Paoli Pointe was an 82 unit freestanding assisted living facility on the western Main Line outside of Philadelphia.

Woodbridge Assisted Living

KIMBERTON, PA

Opened in 1996, Woodbridge was a 90 unit freestanding assisted living facility near Valley Forge Pennsylvania. Woodbridge received the National Council of Seniors Housing (NCOSH) “Best of Seniors Housing Award” in 1997.
